Released in 1994 for the SNES, Virtual Bart is an action and minigame collection developed by Sculptured Software. After wandering into a virtual reality exhibition at the school science fair, Bart Simpson finds himself trapped inside a VR machine. You must survive six distinct virtual worlds to escape, ranging from a post-apocalyptic motorcycle highway to a prehistoric landscape where Bart is a dinosaur.
How to Play
Your goal is to clear all six virtual reality stages by surviving their unique hazards and reaching the end. Since this is an SNES game, the default browser controls are your Arrow Keys for the D-pad, Z, X, A, and S for the action buttons (A, B, X, Y), and Enter/Shift for Start and Select.
Tips
- Water Slide: Pay close attention to the upcoming path splits; taking the wrong tube often leads to an instant death by hitting Homer stuck in the pipes.
- Tomato Throwing: Lead your targets slightly to ensure a direct hit as the Springfield students move across the schoolyard.
- Dinosaur Level: Practice jumping and tail whipping simultaneously to deal with aerial enemies before they knock you into a pit.
