Game description:

Sengoku is a side-scrolling beat ’em up developed by SNK and ported to the SNES by Data East. You fight through waves of enemies, with the unique ability to temporarily transform into different mystical warriorsโ€”such as a ninja or an armored wolfโ€”to gain enhanced abilities and new attacks.

How to play

Battle your way through the stages, managing your transformations to overcome difficult enemy waves.

Tips

Transformations in the SNES version are limited by a duration timer, so save your strongest forms for boss fights or overwhelming crowds. Take advantage of the SNES-exclusive ability to grapple and throw enemies to control space when surrounded.
