Game Boy Advance Games Online – 341 GBA Classics
The Game Boy Advance (2001) was a 32-bit handheld with the muscle of a SNES, and its library is a mix of new classics and the best portable versions of 16-bit games: Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed and LeafGreen; Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission; Golden Sun; Advance Wars and Fire Emblem; Mario Kart: Super Circuit; the Castlevania trilogy and the Super Mario Advance remakes. Past Play hosts 341 GBA games in the browser.
The GBA added L and R shoulder buttons to the Game Boy layout, mapped to A and S on the keyboard alongside Z and X for the face buttons; a gamepad covers all six. Cartridge saves (SRAM, flash and EEPROM) are all handled by the emulator, so Pokémon and the RPGs keep their progress between visits, and save states are there on top of that. GBA games run at their native 240×160, scaled cleanly to fit the player.
