Super Skidmarks is a top-down racer developed by Acid Software, first released on the Commodore Amiga in 1995 before being ported to the Amiga CD32 and Sega Genesis. This build is a beta of the Genesis version, a conversion that never had a full commercial release and survives today only as this prototype. The game is built around a bird’s-eye view of the track, wide car rosters ranging from rally cars to buggies and monster trucks, and the exaggerated tire trails that gave the series its name.
How to Play
Race against the clock or other cars around top-down tracks, using the corners and terrain to power-slide rather than brake cleanly. In the browser, steer with the arrow keys, and use Z/X/C for the Genesis A/B/C buttons to accelerate, brake, and handle in-race functions, with Enter for Start.
