Game description:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters is a competitive fighting game developed by Konami and released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1993. This SNES version features its own unique character roster and gameplay mechanics compared to other console releases. Players battle in a one-on-one tournament to rescue Splinter, using standard strikes alongside a robust system of special moves inspired by the top arcade fighters of the era.

How to Play

Choose your fighter and deplete your opponent’s health bar in best-of-three matches. The SNES version uses a four-button setup for light and heavy punches and kicks. Dealing and taking damage fills your Mutagen meter, which lets you unleash a powerful Ultimate Attack when full. By default in the browser, movement is mapped to the arrow keys, attacks to Z, X, A, and S, with Enter serving as Start.

Tips

  • Wait for the perfect moment to use your Ultimate Attack; if your opponent blocks it, you’ll waste your fully charged Mutagen meter.
  • Use the heavy attack buttons carefully, as missing leaves you vulnerable to a quick counter-attack.
