Developed by Sega as a launch title for the Sega Genesis in 1988, Space Harrier II is a fast-paced, on-rails action shooter. You control Harrier, a flying warrior armed with a heavy laser, blasting through surreal checkerboard stages to defend Fantasy Land from bizarre alien creatures.
How to play
Your objective is to survive the relentless onslaught of enemies and reach the boss at the end of each stage. You can run along the ground or fly freely across the screen. Enemy fire is typically aimed at your current position, so never stay still.

Tips
- Move in a large, continuous circular pattern around the edges of the screen to effectively dodge incoming projectiles.
- Prioritize destroying environmental obstacles and ground turrets early, as they can quickly trap you as the scrolling speed increases.
