Pit-Fighter is a 1990 digitized fighting game originally by Atari Games, brought to the SNES by Tengen. Standing out from traditional 2D fighters with its gritty, pseudo-3D isometric movement and digitized real-life actors, you brawl in underground arenas for cash. You can choose between three fightersโBuzz, Ty, and Katoโeach with their own fighting styles, and battle through a gauntlet of increasingly tough opponents to become the champion.
How to play
The goal is to deplete your opponent’s health bar before they deplete yours. Movement is free within the isometric arena, allowing you to sidestep attacks.

Tips
- Move vertically (up and down) to dodge incoming attacks and line yourself up for a safe counterattack.
- Make use of weapons like barrels, crates, and pool cues that appear in the arena or are thrown by the crowd; they deal massive damage compared to regular strikes.
