Game description:

Dragon Ball Z II: Gekishin Freeza!! is a role-playing game released for the NES in 1991. Set during the Namek saga of the beloved anime series, it uses a unique card-based system for both moving across the map and fighting turn-based battles against Frieza’s forces. This version includes an English fan translation, allowing you to follow the story and tactical combat.

How to play: You select cards with different star values to determine your movement distance and attack power. The default browser controls map the NES D-pad to the arrow keys. Use Z and X for the A and B buttons to confirm and cancel actions. Press Enter for Start to access your menu.

  • Pay attention to the symbols on your cards. Matching a character’s specific school symbol triggers their powerful signature attacks.
