Captain Planet and the Planeteers is a 1991 side-scrolling action game developed by Mindscape for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), based on the popular environmental superhero animated series. Players command the Planeteers piloting their Eco-Copter through aerial shoot-’em-up stages before summoning Captain Planet to battle eco-villains on foot in platforming levels.
How to Play
Navigate each stage by flying the Eco-Copter and using elemental powers (Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Heart) to clear hazards and enemy forces. Once in platforming sections, take direct control of Captain Planet to defeat villains and restore polluted environments.
