Game description:

Shanghai II: Dragon’s Eye is a Mahjong solitaire puzzle game released by Activision for the SNES in 1990. The core gameplay involves clearing a layered formation of Mahjong tiles by finding and removing matching pairs before running out of valid moves. It also includes the titular “Dragon’s Eye” layout and a competitive two-player mode.

How to play

You can only select and remove “free” tiles—those that have no other tile resting on top of them and are unblocked on either their left or right side.

Tips

  • Prioritize removing tiles from the highest layers of the stack, as they block the tiles underneath.
  • If you spot three matching tiles that are currently free, carefully check which two will uncover the most hidden tiles before making your move.
