Shanghai II: Dragon’s Eye is a Mahjong solitaire puzzle game released by Activision for the SNES in 1990. How to play
You can only select and remove “free” tiles—those that have no other tile resting on top of them and are unblocked on either their left or right side.

Tips
- Prioritize removing tiles from the highest layers of the stack, as they block the tiles underneath.
