Game description:

World Heroes 2 is a 1994 fighting game for the SNES that brings the popular Neo Geo arcade hit to home consoles. You choose from an eclectic roster of fighters inspired by historical figures across time, competing in global tournaments with unique special moves and throws.

How to Play

Defeat your opponents in best-of-three one-on-one combat to advance through the ranks. You can play the traditional arcade mode or try the Death Match mode, where fighters share a single tug-of-war health bar and must avoid environmental hazards. The SNES controls use the D-pad to move and jump, with A, B, X, and Y for various punches and kicks. In the browser, these map to the arrow keys for movement, Z/X/A/S for face buttons, and Enter/Shift for Start and Select.

Tips

  • You can reflect projectiles back at your opponent by blocking right before the fireball hits you.
  • In Death Match mode, use the arena hazards to your advantage by throwing or knocking your opponent into the explosive landmines or electrified ropes to deal massive damage.
