Rainbow Islands: The Story of Bubble Bobble 2 is the classic sequel to Taito’s arcade hit, ported to the Sega Master System and released in Brazil by Tec Toy. Players control Bubby or Bobby as they climb vertically scrolling stages to rescue the Rainbow Islands. Instead of blowing bubbles, you attack enemies and create platforms by casting solid rainbows, which can be walked on or collapsed onto enemies below.
How to play
The goal is to reach the top of each island before the water level rises. Defeat enemies and collect the items they drop to earn points and power-ups.

Tips
- Rainbows collapse when you jump on them from aboveโuse this to crush enemies beneath you safely.
- Collect colored gems in the correct order (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet) to earn an extra life.
- If you take too long in a stage, a “Hurry!” message will appear and the water will begin to rise rapidly.
