How to Play
Your objective is to navigate through each stage, trapping enemies in bubbles to use as projectiles, and defeat Ursula’s minions. The default NES controls are mapped to your keyboard: use the Arrow keys to swim, Z and X for the A and B buttons (to swim faster or swish your tail), and Enter or Shift for Start and Select to pause the game.
Tips
- Collect pearls scattered throughout the levels to upgrade Ariel’s bubble power, increasing its range and strength.
- You can catch enemies inside bubbles and throw them upward or forward to hit out-of-reach foes or discover hidden items.
- Look out for seashells, which can be thrown at treasure chests or sand pits to uncover hidden health and extra lives.
