Ghosts’N Goblins Very Easy is a ROM hack for the NES that takes the notoriously punishing action platformer and makes it accessible for everyone. Take control of the knight Arthur as he battles through hordes of undead and demonic enemies to rescue Princess Prin-Prin, now with a much more forgiving level of challenge. This modification tones down the brutal difficulty of the original classic, allowing you to experience the iconic levels and music without the usual frustration.
How to play
Guide Arthur through each stage, throwing lances and other weapons to defeat enemies while avoiding taking hits. On the NES, use the D-pad (mapped to arrow keys) to move and duck, A (Z) to jump, and B (X) to attack.
Tips
- Even with easier settings, Arthur still loses his armor after one hit. Always prioritize keeping enemies at a distance.
