How to Play
The objective is identical to the original Dr. Mario: you must clear the screen of all targets by matching colored pills in rows or columns of four or more. Garfield tosses the pills into the bottle, and you must rotate and position them as they fall to create matches and eliminate the hazards.
Controls (NES):
- D-pad / Arrow Keys: Move the falling pill left or right, and press down to drop it faster.
