🎮 Play Bomberman (Japan) (Disk Writer) Online (NES)

Bomberman is the classic maze action game developed by Hudson Soft, presented here in its Japan Disk Writer version for the NES and Famicom Disk System. As the titular hero, your goal is to navigate through grid-based levels, strategically placing bombs to clear obstacles and defeat various enemies roaming the maze.

How to Play

You must find the exit door hidden beneath one of the destructible blocks in each stage while eliminating all enemies to proceed. In the browser emulator, use the Arrow Keys to move your character, press Z to drop a bomb, and use Enter to start the game.

Tips

• Bomb blasts travel in straight lines, so stepping just one block around a corner is enough to keep you safe from the explosion.
• Prioritise finding the hidden power-ups in each stage, which can increase the number of bombs you can drop at once or expand their blast radius.
• Once you uncover the exit door, be careful not to catch it in another bomb blast, as this will cause stronger enemies to spawn and swarm the stage.
