Space Invaders is a classic 1978 action shooter developed by Taito, originally for arcades and later ported to DOS. How to play
Your objective is to destroy every alien in the formation before they reach the bottom of the screen. - Count your shots: You can only have one laser blast on screen at a time. Do not fire blindly; ensure your shot connects or clears the screen before you need to shoot again.
- Listen to the march: The aliens speed up as their numbers dwindle, and the iconic background heartbeat sound speeds up to match. Use this audio cue to gauge their pace when you are focused on dodging.
