Game description:

Solver Go-Moku is a puzzle and board game developed by Artyom V. Shaposhnikov and released for DOS in 1992. It brings the classic abstract strategy game Gomoku to the PC, challenging players to outsmart their opponent on a grid-based board.

How to play

The objective is to be the first player to place five of your pieces in an unbroken row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. The game is controlled using standard keyboard inputs to navigate the cursor and place your pieces.

Tips

Focus on creating “open” lines of three pieces where both ends are unblocked, giving you multiple winning paths. Pay close attention to your opponent’s formations and block their potential lines before they become an immediate threat.
