Game description:

Sharkey’s 3D Pool is a 1989 DOS sports simulator developed by Aardvark Software that brings the billiards hall to your screen. Rather than a traditional top-down view, it features a rotating 3D perspective that lets you line up your shots from the cue ball’s position, giving a more realistic feel to aiming and spin.

How to Play

The objective is to clear your designated balls (spots or stripes) and sink the black 8-ball before your opponent does. You can rotate your view around the table to find the perfect angle, then set your shot power and apply spin to the cue ball for advanced positional play.

Control:

Game is controlled by the same keys that are used to playing under MS DOS. For fullscreen press ‘Right Alt’ + ‘Enter’.

Tips

  • Take advantage of the 3D view to check lines from multiple angles before committing to a tricky cut shot.
  • Controlling your shot power is essential for keeping the cue ball in a good position for your next turn.
