Released in 1986 by Bally Midway, Rampage is a classic action game where players take control of gigantic, mutated monsters tasked with leveling cities across North America. Ported to the NES, this arcade staple lets up to two players scale skyscrapers, smash windows to find food, and reduce buildings to rubble while fending off relentless attacks from helicopters, tanks, and ground troops.
How to play
Your objective is to completely destroy every building on the screen to progress to the next city. Climb up the sides of skyscrapers and punch them repeatedly to bring them down, but make sure to jump off before the building collapses to avoid taking damage.

Tips
- Punching open windows can reveal food that restores health, but be carefulโgrabbing a stick of dynamite or a hazard like a toaster will hurt you.
- Military helicopters pose a constant threat but can be destroyed with a well-timed punch to remove them from the screen.
- If your monster loses all its health, it will shrink back down to a vulnerable human and slowly walk away.
