🎮 Play Nuts & Milk Online (NES)

Nuts & Milk is a single-screen platformer from Hudson Soft, released for the NES in 1984 and one of the earliest third-party titles for the console. You play as Milk, a small round character who must collect every piece of fruit scattered across each stage while avoiding Nuts and a cast of patrolling enemies.

How to Play

Clear each stage by collecting all the fruit — once the last piece is grabbed, you advance. Enemies follow set routes, so reading their patterns is the core skill. Controls are single-player:

• Arrow keys — move left / right
• X — jump (A button)
• Z — B button
• Enter — Start
• Shift — Select

Tips

• Watch each enemy complete two or three loops before crossing a busy section — their timing is fixed and predictable.
• Work from the top of a stage downward; collecting high fruit first means fewer exposed climbs later.
• A well-timed jump clears most pursuers — if cornered, leap over rather than retreating into a dead end.
