The Flintstones is a 1995 2D platformer for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, developed by Ocean Software and based on the 1994 live-action film. In this European beta build, you control Fred Flintstone on a quest to rescue Wilma, Pebbles, Bamm-Bamm, and Barney from the scheming Cliff Vandercave. The game features detailed sprite work and environments ranging from the familiar town of Bedrock to treacherous volcanic caves.

How to Play

Navigate through each level by running and jumping over hazards, and defeat enemies using Fred’s basic attacks. You can also pick up and throw projectiles like stones and bowling balls to take out threats from a distance. The default SNES controls in your browser use the arrow keys for movement, Z to jump, X to attack, and Enter to pause.

Tips

• Save Bowling Balls: Keep your bowling balls for tougher enemies or groups, as they deal significant damage and roll straight through multiple obstacles.
• Invincibility Password: If the later lava stages prove too frustrating, enter the password MS STONE MAKES WEIRD JELLY to become invincible.
