Flicky is a classic arcade platformer released by Sega in 1984. You play as the titular blue bird, navigating colorful single-screen stages to rescue scattered little chicks, known as Chirps, while avoiding roaming house cats (Tiger) and green iguanas (Iggy).
How to Play
The objective is to gather all the Chirps in a stage and lead them safely to the exit door. The Chirps will trail behind you, but if an enemy touches the line, they will scatter and must be collected again. Since this is an arcade title, use the Shift key to insert coins and Enter to start. Use the Arrow Keys to move and Z, X, or Space to jump.
Tips
You can use scattered items, like apples and flower pots, to throw at enemies, temporarily removing them from the screen. For maximum points, try to collect all the Chirps before heading to the exit, as depositing them all at once rewards you with a huge bonus multiplier. However, if the screen gets too chaotic, it is safer to drop them off in smaller groups.
