City Bomber World is the international release of Konami’s 1987 arcade vehicular combat game. Despite its title, the game is actually an intense, top-down high-speed chase where you play as a thief escaping with a casino heist. Speeding down a perilous highway, you must weave through heavy traffic, destroy enemy gang vehicles, and jump over massive gaps to reach the next checkpoint before the timer runs out.

How to Play

Your goal is to survive the pursuit and cross the checkpoint in time. Use the directional controls (mapped to your arrow keys) to steer, accelerate, and brake. Press the primary action button (usually Z or Ctrl) to fire missiles at pursuing cars, and the secondary button (X or Alt) to make your vehicle leap over roadblocks, broken bridges, and enemy fire.

• Target the special supply vehicles; destroying them drops power-ups like rocket boosters for a burst of speed or buzzsaws that let you ram enemy cars without taking damage.
