Game description:

Back to the Future Part II & III is a puzzle-platformer released for the NES in 1990. Instead of a straightforward action game, it plays as a complex scavenger hunt across time. As Marty McFly, you must navigate through 1955, 1985, and 2015 to locate misplaced historical items and return them to their correct eras using the DeLorean.

How to Play

The objective is to find keys to unlock Object Rooms, clear the platforming challenges inside to retrieve stolen items, and then return those items to the correct Puzzle Rooms in the proper time period. Use standard NES controls: D-pad to move and A/B to jump or use items, mapped to arrow keys + Z/X in the browser. Keep an eye on your fuel gauge when using the DeLorean, as traveling between years consumes fuel.

Tips

Selecting the wrong item in a Puzzle Room will cause you to lose it, forcing you to go back and complete the Object Room challenge all over again. Take physical notes of which items belong where. Additionally, watch out for time clones of yourselfโ€”if you touch one of your past selves after using the DeLorean, you will lose a life.
