🎮 Play Spy vs Spy (Japan) Online (NES)

Spy vs. Spy is a competitive split-screen action game released for the NES in 1986, based on the iconic MAD Magazine characters. The game tasks you with navigating a multi-room building to collect a specific set of items—a briefcase, passport, money, key, and secret plans—and escaping before the opposing spy does the same.

Your objective is to search furniture for the required items while laying deadly traps like bombs, springboards, and buckets of water to eliminate your rival and steal their loot. In the browser, use the arrow keys to move, Z (A button) to attack or interact with items, and X (B button) to access your Trapulator menu. Enter acts as Start to begin the game.

Try placing traps in commonly searched furniture, like coats or safes, to easily catch your opponent off guard. If you are defeated, you will drop all your gathered items, so memorize where you fell and rush back to reclaim them before the other spy can snatch them.
