Rokudenashi Blues is a role-playing game released for the NES in 1993, developed by TOSE and published by Bandai. Based on the popular manga, players follow the story of Taison Maeda and three other key characters through their own unique storylines. Rather than a traditional action brawler, the game uses cinematic turn-based battles and menu-driven navigation to explore the city.
How to play
Navigate the city using the on-screen menu to select your next destination. When fights break out, combat plays out through turn-based menus where you select your attacks, which are then shown as cinematic cutscenes. Default NES controls are used: navigate menus with the D-pad (mapped to arrow keys in the browser), confirm actions with A (Z), cancel with B (X), and access game options with Start/Select (Enter/Shift).
