RoboCop 3 is a 1992 action-platformer developed by Probe Software and Ocean for the Sega Genesis. Based on the film of the same name, it drops players into the heavy, slow-moving chassis of Detroit’s cyborg enforcer. Rather than a fast-paced run-and-gun, the game demands a methodical approach as you navigate through street gangs, ED-209 units, and heavily armed syndicates across OCP’s dystopian landscape.
How to play
Your objective is to navigate the perilous levels of Delta City, clearing out criminals and surviving heavily armed encounters. Tips
Take it slow: RoboCop is a walking tank, not an acrobat. Moving too quickly into new screens often results in unavoidable damage from enemy fire. Advance methodically.
Diagonal aiming is key: Enemies often spawn above or below your line of sight. Get comfortable shooting diagonally to eliminate them before they get a clear shot at you.
