Rastan is a fantasy action platformer brought to DOS by Taito in 1987, adapting the hit hack-and-slash arcade game. As a barbarian warrior traversing a mythical, monster-filled land, you must survive treacherous platforming segments while fighting off harpies, chimeras, and armed guards. How to play

Your objective is to reach the end of each stage and defeat the boss while managing your limited health. In the DOS version, you must use the keyboard to move, jump, and attack. Timing your strikes and utilizing both your upward thrust and downward stab (jumping and attacking down) are essential to survive the swarms of enemies. Tips

• Use the downward stab: Jumping and attacking downward is highly effective for safely taking out enemies below you, especially in crowded sections.
