Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom is a challenging 1991 action platformer developed by Tecmo for the NES. Tips
- The sword extension power-up is incredibly useful, as it increases your attack range significantly and makes dealing with enemies much safer.
- Unlike the previous games, Ryu can now grab onto overhead pipes and vines, allowing you to attack enemies while hanging and traverse tricky gaps.
- Enemy placement is deliberate and often designed to knock you back into pits. Move cautiously and prioritize taking out ranged attackers first.
