Mega Man: The Power Battle is a 1995 arcade boss rush fighting game developed by Capcom. In this coin-op spin-off, players choose between Mega Man, Proto Man, or Bass to battle a gauntlet of iconic Robot Masters from the first seven games in the series. How to Play

Unlike traditional platformers in the series, your goal is to select a route and defeat each Robot Master in one-on-one combat. Move around the arena, jump, and shoot your buster, which can be charged for a more powerful attack. Just like in the mainline games, defeating a boss grants you their signature weapon, which you can then equip to exploit the weaknesses of other bosses. The default arcade controls in the browser are mapped to the arrow keys for movement, with Z or X to attack and jump.

Tips

Pay close attention to weapon weaknesses; using the right special weapon against a Robot Master deals massive damage and will often interrupt their attack patterns. Additionally, dont forget to use your characters mobility moves—like Mega Mans slide or Basss dash—to quickly slip under projectiles and evade wide-reaching attacks.
