This Moon Cresta hardware bootleg of Crazy Kong is an unofficial arcade platformer released in the early 1980s. Like the classic game it replicates, players control a carpenter trying to rescue his girlfriend from a giant, barrel-tossing ape across increasingly difficult construction site stages.
The objective is to reach the top of each screen by climbing ladders and dodging hazards. In the browser, use the arrow keys to move and climb, and press the Z or X key to jump over barrels and gaps.
Grabbing a hammer allows you to smash incoming barrels for bonus points, but you cannot climb ladders while holding it. The hammer’s effect is temporary, so avoid positioning yourself near the edge of a platform when it runs out.
