Developed by Capcom in 1995, Marvel Super Heroes is a classic arcade fighting game that brings iconic comic book characters to life. Players choose from a roster of heroes and villains, including Spider-Man, Wolverine, Captain America, and Magneto, to battle for control of the all-powerful Infinity Gems.
How to Play
The objective is to defeat opponents in one-on-one combat and collect the Infinity Gems before facing the final boss, Thanos. As an arcade title, use Shift (or the 5 key) to insert coins, and Enter (or the 1 key) to start. Use the arrow keys for movement, and configure your action keys to Capcom’s traditional six-button layout (three punches and three kicks) to perform attacks, combos, and special moves.
Tips
- You can activate an equipped Infinity Gem during a match to gain a temporary advantage, such as the Time gem for increased speed or the Space gem for super armor.
- Each fighter has a “favored” gem that grants them a unique bonus; for example, Spider-Man creates a shadow double when activating the Power gem.
- Infinity Gems can be knocked out of your opponent by hitting them with strong attacks or special moves, allowing you to steal their power mid-fight.
