Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja is a prehistoric action platformer released by Data East for the Sega Genesis in 1991. You control a caveman battling through vibrant stone-age landscapes to rescue kidnapped cavewomen from a rival tribe. The game focuses on projectile combat against enemy tribesmen and large dinosaur bosses, utilizing weapons like bone clubs, stone wheels, and boomerangs.
How to Play
Fight through each stage using your equipped weapon and defeat the boss at the end to progress. Your health meter slowly drains over time, so you must constantly collect food drops to stay alive while avoiding enemy attacks.

Tips
- You can hold the attack button to charge up a much larger, more powerful projectile, but holding it for too long will exhaust your character and drain health.
- Because your health constantly depletes, prioritize moving forward and grabbing food items (like fruit and meat) over fighting every single enemy.
- Your default bone club travels in an arc, making it useful for hitting enemies slightly above or below your line of sight.
