Goal! Two is a soccer game for the NES, developed by Tose and published by Jaleco in 1992. As the sequel to the original Goal!, it introduces an isometric perspective, improved character animations, and more fluid gameplay mechanics. You can choose from 25 national teams and compete in a tournament-style cup to prove your supremacy on the pitch.
How to Play
The objective is to lead your chosen national team to victory by outscoring your opponents in full-field soccer matches. The game is played with standard NES controls mapped to your keyboard:
- Movement: Arrow keys (D-pad)
- Pass / Shoot / Tackle: Z and X keys (A and B buttons)
- Start / Pause: Enter key (Start)
- Select: Shift key (Select)
Tips
- Take advantage of the isometric view by using quick, angled passes to slip past defenders.
- The AI is slightly more forgiving than in the original game, making an aggressive offensive strategy effective early on.
