Far East of Eden: Kabuki Klash (also known as Tengai Makyou: Shin Den) is a 1995 2D fighting game released for the Arcade. Developed by Hudson Soft and Red Entertainment, it brings the characters from the popular RPG series into a fast-paced, weapon-based fighter where you can battle with a unique mix of physical attacks and magic abilities.

How to Play

The objective is to deplete your opponent’s health bar in one-on-one combat. The game features a classic four-button Arcade layout. In your browser, movement and jumping are mapped to the arrow keys, while the Arcade’s A, B, C, and D buttons (light weapon, light kick, heavy weapon, and heavy kick) are mapped to Z, X, A, and S. Press Enter to Start or insert coins.

Tips

• Use Your Magic: As you take damage and perform moves, your magic gauge fills. You can spend it to unleash powerful elemental attacks or, for some characters, heal yourself.
• Disarm Your Opponent: Well-timed heavy attacks can knock a weapon right out of a fighter’s hands. An unarmed opponent does much less damage, so try to disarm them and guard your own weapon carefully.
