Dorodon (Set 2) is a 1982 arcade maze-chase game developed by UPL and released by Falcon International. Built on hardware closely related to Lady Bug, it tasks you with guiding a blue-suited character through a maze, collecting question marks and other items while dodging pursuing monsters. Its defining twist is a wall-flipping mechanic: pushing through the maze’s walls rotates them in place, letting you seal off monsters or carve a fresh escape route on the fly.
How to Play
Use the Arrow Keys to move through the maze and collect every question mark and item while avoiding the monsters chasing you. Push against a wall to flip it in place â useful for trapping an enemy behind you or blocking its path. Grab a whirlwind symbol and every wall in the maze flips at once, which can instantly clear an escape route when you’re cornered.
Tips
- Trap, don’t just flee: Flip a wall right behind a chasing monster to seal it away from you rather than only running.
- Save the whirlwind for emergencies: Since it flips the entire maze at once, grabbing it while boxed in can open an escape route that a single wall flip can’t.
