🎮 Play Die Hard Online (NES)

Developed by Activision in 1991, Die Hard brings the classic action movie to the NES as a top-down shooter. Trapped inside Nakatomi Plaza, you play as John McClane, fighting through floors of terrorists to rescue hostages and confront Hans Gruber before a real-time clock runs out.

How to play

Your objective is to hunt down every terrorist on a given floor to unlock the stairwell and ascend the tower. The controls are mapped to your keyboard: use the arrow keys to move, X (A button) to fire your equipped weapon, and Z (B button) to punch or use items. You can switch between collected weapons using Shift (Select) and access the radio menu with Enter (Start).

Tips

Pay close attention to your foot health—stepping on shattered glass will permanently slow McClane down, making him an easy target. Since enemies use a line-of-sight system, stick to walls and use corners to ambush them rather than running straight into open rooms.
