Crazy Climber 2 Japan is the 1988 arcade sequel to Nichibutsu’s classic building-scaling action game. It retains the punishing vertical gameplay of the original while introducing upgraded graphics, more detailed cityscapes, and new hazards as you painstakingly scale towering skyscrapers.
How to Play
Your objective is to reach the roof of each building by clinging to the window ledges. In the browser emulator, use the Arrow keys for movement and the Z and X keys for your main actions. Carefully plan your route upwards and make sure you always have a secure grip.
Tips
- Watch the windows: Windows will frequently open and close. Avoid placing your hands on closing windows, or you will lose your grip and fall.
- Dodge falling hazards: Enemies will drop objects like flower pots and signs from above. Keep an eye on the windows above you and move laterally to stay out of the drop zone.
