Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is an action-platformer released for the NES in 1992, based on the popular animated series of the same name. Developed by Altron, the game puts you in control of Chad Finletter as he embarks on a mission to stop the evil scientist Dr. Putrid T. Gangreen from taking over the world with his army of mutant, sentient tomatoes.
How to Play
Your objective is to navigate through various side-scrolling levels, defeating different breeds of enemy tomatoes by either stomping on them or using weapons you find along the way. In your browser, the standard NES controls are mapped to the keyboard: use the Arrow Keys to move, X to jump, and Z to run or attack. Press Enter to start the game and Shift for select.

- The jumping mechanics can feel a bit stiff, so make sure to build up momentum and be precise before leaping across large gaps.
