Game description:

Zoids Densetsu is a side-scrolling shoot-’em-up released for the Game Boy in 1990 by Tomy. Taking a break from the franchise’s traditional RPG mechanics, this title delivers classic arcade-style action. Players choose to fight for either the Helic Republic or the Zenebas Empire, piloting iconic mechs such as the Shield Liger Mk-II, Gojulas Mk-II, or Iron Kong through challenging, fast-paced stages.

How to Play

Your objective is to survive the auto-scrolling levels by dodging enemy fire and destroying rival mechs. The Game Boy controls translate in the browser to the arrow keys for movement, Z and X for shooting and secondary weapons, and Enter/Shift for Start and Select.

  • Try both factions: The Helic Republic and Zenebas Empire provide access to different Zoids with unique weapon loadouts.
