CHAMP Centiped-em is an arcade-faithful DOS shooter developed by ChamProgramming in 1997. As a highly accurate recreation of the classic arcade cabinet, it challenges players to defend their position against a descending insectoid threat winding through a dense mushroom field.
How to Play
The objective is to eliminate the centipede before it reaches the bottom of the screen. You control a blaster at the bottom of the play area, firing upwards to destroy segments of the creature. Destroying a segment in the middle splits the centipede into two independent moving parts.

Tips
- Watch out for scorpions that periodically cross the screen. They poison mushrooms, and any centipede that hits a poisoned mushroom will immediately dive straight down towards your blaster.
- Try to shoot the centipede’s head rather than its middle sections. Splitting the creature creates a new head, doubling the immediate threat.
