The brainchild of Andy Davidson, Worms (Europe) (Beta) is a 1995 turn-based strategic artillery game for the Sega Genesis where up to four teams of worms square off using an array of conventional and not-so-conventional weaponry.
How to Play
Your objective is to eliminate all opposing worm teams before they wipe out yours. You take turns moving your worms across the destructible terrain, selecting weapons, and carefully aiming your shots. Play using the keyboard: move your worms and aim with the Arrow keys, select and use weapons with Z, X, and C (representing the Genesis A, B, and C buttons), and press Enter for Start.
Tips
- Wind speed and direction heavily affect projectiles like the bazooka; always check the wind indicator before firing.
- Use tools like the blowtorch to dig into the terrain and create safe bunkers from incoming enemy fire.
- The prod weapon deals no damage but is perfect for nudging an enemy worm off a cliff into the water for an instant kill.
