Super Real Mahjong PIV is an arcade mahjong game released in 1993. Play traditional two-player riichi mahjong against animated opponents in this classic entry from the Super Real Mahjong series.
The objective is to form a winning hand of 14 tiles before your opponent does. Insert a coin with 5 and press 1 to start. Use your keyboard to draw, select, and discard tiles, mirroring standard arcade mahjong button layouts.
