S.C.I.: Special Criminal Investigation is an arcade vehicular combat and racing game released by Taito in 1989. Serving as the direct sequel to the arcade hit Chase H.Q., this high-speed pursuit game puts you back in the driver’s seat as an undercover detective. However, instead of simply ramming fleeing criminals off the road, you are now armed with a handgun and a bazooka to take down suspects from your sports car.

How to Play

The objective is to catch up to the target vehicle before the time runs out, and then inflict enough damage to stop it. As you race through traffic, you can fire your weapon to damage the suspect’s car once you are in range.

Tips

• Save your limited bazooka ammo for the boss vehicle at the end of each stage.
