Roller Aces is a fast-paced 1983 arcade racing game originally developed by Kaneko (as Fighting Roller) and released internationally by Williams Electronics. In this unique roller-skating action game, you must navigate through treacherous tracks at high speeds while dodging obstacles and fending off rival skaters.
How to play
The objective is to survive each track by avoiding hazards like speed bumps, rocks, and gaps in the road. Use the directional controls to steer your skater, and use the jump and punch buttons to leap over obstacles or knock rival skaters off balance for bonus points. Default browser arcade controls are Arrow Keys to move, Z to punch, and X to jump (use Shift to insert coin and Enter to start).
Tips
- Timing your jumps over gaps and obstacles is critical, as the track speed quickly increases as you progress.
- Punching rival skaters not only removes them as an immediate threat but also awards valuable bonus points.
