🎮 Play Operation Wolf World Set 2 Online (Arcade)

Operation Wolf is Taito’s pioneering 1987 arcade light gun shooter, and this World Set 2 is a regional revision of the original ROM. Playing lone commando Roy Adams, you fight your way across six war-torn locations — including a jungle outpost, an enemy ammunition depot, a prisoner camp, and a heavily guarded airport — gunning down soldiers and vehicles with an Uzi and rescuing hostages along the way. It was a massive arcade hit on release, topping the UK arcade charts in late 1987 and becoming Japan’s second highest-grossing arcade game of 1988.

How to Play

Move your mouse to aim your reticle across the screen, then click (or press Ctrl) to fire your Uzi at enemy soldiers, vehicles, and turrets. Press Alt to lob a grenade at armored targets a machine gun alone can’t stop. Ammo and grenades are limited, so shoot the supply crates and barrels scattered through each stage to restock. Press 5 to insert a coin and 1 to start your mission.

Tips

Grenades are the only way to take down tanks and armored vehicles, so hold at least one in reserve whenever armor rolls onto the screen. Enemy soldiers throw knives and hand grenades straight at you, so shoot them down before their throw lands rather than after. Keep an eye on your ammo counter and restock from crates between waves — running dry mid-firefight leaves you with no way to clear the screen.
