My Hero Korea is a regional arcade release of Sega’s classic 1985 side-scrolling beat ’em up, originally developed by Coreland. You control a martial artist who must fight through relentless waves of street gangs, ninjas, and sci-fi enemies to rescue his kidnapped girlfriend. Known for its demanding one-hit-kill mechanics, the game requires precise timing and quick reflexes to survive.
How to Play
Your objective is to defeat enemies and the stage boss to progress to the next area without getting hit. In this browser version, use the Arrow Keys to move, press Shift to insert a coin, and Enter to start. Use Z and X for your punch and jump kick attacks.
Tips
- Watch for projectiles: Enemies frequently throw bottles or weapons from a distance; jump or duck to avoid them since a single hit costs a life.
- Master the jump kick: The flying kick has more range than the standard punch, making it your safest tool for crowd control and taking down distant foes.
