How to play
Your objective is to defeat the eight Robot Masters, absorb their unique weapons, and storm Dr. Wily’s fortress. The default PlayStation controls are mapped to your browser: use the Arrow Keys for movement, Z (Circle) to shoot, X (Cross) to jump, and S/A (Square/Triangle) or Q/W (L1/R1) for weapon switching. Hold the shoot button to charge the Mega Buster for a more powerful blast.
Tips
- You can use the Mega Ball to jump higher; drop it, jump, and bounce off it to reach hidden areas.
- Search for the hidden bolts scattered across the stages. You can use them to purchase valuable upgrades at Roll’s shop, such as the Energy Balancer.
- Tengu Man’s stage features an auto-scrolling shoot-’em-up segment where you ride Rush, a unique twist on the standard platforming gameplay.
