Lethal Enforcers is a classic light-gun shooter ported from the arcade to the Sega Genesis in 1993 by Konami. Famous for its digitized graphics, players take on the role of a police officer navigating through Chicago to stop a massive crime wave. From bank robberies to high-speed chases, you must quickly identify and eliminate armed criminals while being careful not to shoot innocent bystanders or fellow officers.
How to Play
Your objective is to shoot enemies on screen before they can shoot you, progressing through various crime scenes. In the browser emulator, use the D-pad (mapped to the arrow keys) to move your crosshair, and the A, B, or C buttons (Z, X, or C on your keyboard) to fire. When your cylinder is empty, you must reload by moving your crosshair off-screen and pressing the fire button.
Tips
- Watch for civilians: Hitting an innocent bystander penalizes your health or score. Only shoot when a target brandishes a weapon.
- Keep your weapon reloaded: Don’t wait until you’re completely out of ammo. Reload during brief lulls in the action or while panning between screens to avoid getting caught empty-handed when an enemy pops up.
- Prioritize quick threats: Enemies in the foreground or those who appear suddenly and fire immediately should be taken out before targets further away.
